Guidance for integration architecture on the Microsoft Application Platform – 2014 edition

Back in 2012 I published a paper to provide guidance to CIO’s, IT Managers and Architects with regard to integration architecture on the Microsoft Platform. The main reason back then was that there was uncertainty around BizTalk’s roadmap in the new cloud era.

Today, I published the 2014 edition of this paper. I revised and updated it to include the latest information with regard to Microsoft products and cloud services and their respective roadmaps. With the arrival of Windows Azure BizTalk Services (WABS), BizTalk Server 2013, Service Bus for Windows Server and Windows Azure Service Bus I felt it was necessary to provide this update to the community.

I hope you find it useful. Enjoy reading!

Cheers, Gijs
