During my many presentations and one-on-one customer calls and pitches on the Microsoft Application Platform and Integration and BizTalk Server in particular (with or without Microsoft sales folks involved), the less technical people always ask me to explain the business value of an integration server such as BizTalk Server.
This has inspired me to write a new paper, called “The business value of Microsoft BizTalk Server 2013“. This paper is targeted to BDM’s (Business Decision Makers) who are faced with challenges explaining the large investments to be made in the acquisition and implementation of an integration server that does not directly benefit anyone’s business and cannot directly be allocated to a business owner.
